Partnerships: we set up long-term partnerships between our clients & corporate & institutional buyers of ecosystem services to sustainably finance restoration projects & find opportunities for collaboration beyond the simple sale of credits.
Due diligence: our clients are as worried as we are about greenwashing. We do due diligence on all prospective buyers of ecosystem services to make sure that where they’re to be used as offsets or mitigation for environmental impact, that everything possible has been done to reduce or remove that impact at source.
Contracting: one of the biggest barriers to the trading of ecosystem services is agreeing contractual terms. The partnerships we help our clients enter are long term & we make sure their terms are balanced to reflect the practical reality of managing restoration projects.
Project Development: we register, validate & verify projects under the Woodland Carbon & Peatland Codes
Community Benefits: we help our clients incorporate direct & indirect community benefits into the design of natural capital projects.

Project Design: we lead the design of landscape-scale restoration projects, in partnership with land managers, technical & local experts.
Bid writing: we have a track record of securing multi-year funding for multi-habitat landscape-scale nature restoration projects across Scotland.
Partnerships: we have experience facilitating collaboration at scale between owners & occupiers through landscape partnerships or farm clusters to deliver nature restoration.
Project Management: we project manage landscape-scale grant-funded nature restoration projects delivered through public, private & third sector partnerships.
Community: consultation is a key to delivering land use changes for nature restoration & we engage with the community so they are informed & able to contribute to the design of proposed interventions.
